We mixed the strawberries with 3 tablespoons of powdered sugar and we obtain a fine composition, then we put a spoonful of sauce over each biscuit that we placed in a detachable cake form. In a bowl I mixed the cottage cheese with the soft butter until it becomes fluffy, I add the rest of the vanilla essence strawberry sauce. I put slices of strawberries on the edge of the form. Place the second row of biscuits, on top of the vanilla cream prepared according to the instructions, then garnish with slices of strawberries and kiwi. We also prepare gelatin and pour it over the cake. Let it cool for a few hours.
